2017 SJU Hawks Camps Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your player's registration for any reason, we require notification to be submitted in writing before June 1, a cash refund - minus a $150.00 administrative fee - will be given for cancellations OR we will issue you a camp credit for all fees paid, valid through 2017.
All cancellations after June 1st are only eligible (if approved by camp staff) for a camp credit for a 2017 SJU Hawks Camp session.
All requests for a refund/credit of any kind must be submitted in writing and submitted to: Don D'Ambra, PO Box 723, Turnersville, NJ. 08012, email firstname.lastname@example.org and will not be accepted over the telephone.
